The large varnished cockpit comfortably seats 4+ and one finds the oak tiller arm.and engine control panel ,depth sounder ,GPS ,and compass.
Sheet winches are found to port and starboard.
Below the seating is located large locker space ,diesel tank and fresh water tank , starter, and service batteries.hand bilge pump etc.
There is also a large transom locker below an aft deck hatch.

TARKA enjoys full surround stancions and guardwires, and has both s/s pulpit and pushpit.
Three solar panels keep the 12V. batteries ‘topped-up’
The decks are in marine ply ,full sheath covered ,and all surfaces are painted in ‘non-slip’ deck paint.
Teak slats on the coach roof provide extra non-slip surface for safe mast work.
